I wanted to have my dream body without putting in any hard work. After discovering that this unhealthy lifestyle wasn’t helping me reach my goals, I worked extremely hard on changing my habits. I fell in love with 
cooking, enjoying healthy food and living an active lifestyle with workouts that I loved. 

Since then, I’ve become a qualified personal trainer with certificates in advanced nutrition, and I work hard each day to inspire and help women all around the world to feel and look their best. I show women how easy it really is to reach their goals whilst learning how to love and accept themselves for who they are. Do I need a gym membership to do the workouts?
With this guide, you are able to workout from anywhere. However, If you do have access to a gym, you can incorporate various equipment to further challenge your body in each workout.
What type of workouts will I be doing?
The guide combines 5 different training methods to help you achieve your dream body.

These unique training methods are:
- HIIT Training
- Circuit Training
- TABATA Training
- EMOM
- SSC
What if I have specific dietary requirements?
My guide is suitable for most dietary requirements, including: vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free and FODMAP. All meal plans are designed in a manner that makes it very easy to adjust to your dietary preferences or requirements!
How do I access my purchase?
After your purchase you'll receive an email from hello@brittanychantler.com with steps to download your guide. When you click 'download' you'll be sent to my Facebook messenger and will then need to click 'get started'. Follow the prompts to download your guide. Who is the guide suitable for?
This guide is designed for all fitness levels as the workouts are either time based or given repetition options for 2 different fitness levels (beginner and experienced).
